"Sabit Hafta" and "Rotasyon" were word-for-word renderings that read
oddly in Turkish. They become "Sabit günler" / "Dönüşümlü", and every
string that names the rotation now says "dönüşümlü plan".
"Nasıl antrenman yapıyorsun" was cut off next to the switch; it becomes
"Antrenman düzenin".
Plate loading: "Tek yığın" becomes "Tek tarafa", to pair with "Taraf
başına". "Taban ağırlığı" becomes "Boş ağırlık", the belt is a dips belt,
and the two hint lines are reworded so they read naturally ("besler" was
a literal "feeds").

A native speaker's pass over two screens of the Turkish pack, in the same spirit as #413 and #414. Only
frontend/src/locales/tr.jschanges, 20 strings. No keys are added or removed.Plan → schedule mode
"Sabit Hafta" and "Rotasyon" were word-for-word renderings that read oddly in Turkish. Every other string that names the rotation (add to it, use it, it couldn't be read, the coach notes) now says "dönüşümlü plan", so the term is the same everywhere. The old row title was also cut off next to the switch on a desktop-width window ("Nasıl antrenman yapıyorsu…").
Exercise → plate loading
"besler" was a literal "feeds", which doesn't fit here in Turkish.
