Use the varying’s buffer offset directly.

When debug assertions are disabled, split varyings can reach this emitter. xfb_varying->offset already contains the buffer-relative offset. Adding the component index can produce an invalid layout or capture data at the wrong offset.

Review comment at @src/shader_recompiler/backend/spirv/spirv_emit_context.cpp at
line 185:
Update the Offset decoration in the varying emission path to use
xfb_varying->offset directly; do not add the element-derived component offset.
Preserve the existing handling of split varyings and other decorations.
