vulkan: Fix shaders that assume 32 wide warps when running on hardware with natively 16 wide warps like Intel - #745
I have read and followed the Coding Guidelines to the best of my ability.
Summary
What does this PR change and why?
Fixes shaders that assume 32 wide warps when running on hardware with natively 16 wide warps like intel.
Graphics pipelines built the required-subgroup-size struct but never attached it (it was [[maybe_unused]]). Compute pipelines already require 32 when they use warp ops. Mainly applies to intel, because there we have 16-wide pipelines.
Mainly fixes OOT, foliage rendered as glowing white on Intel ANV. Its leaf mesh shaders compact visible leaves with Ballot + BitCount(ballot & LtMask). ANV compiled the large colour-pass shader 16-wide, so the two halves of each workgroup wrote the same slots, while the small pre-pass shader ran 32-wide. The colour pass then failed its depth-EQUAL test against the pre-pass, and the sky showed through.

Bug Fixes
Improved compatibility for mesh, task, and compute workloads that use warp or subgroup operations on devices supporting subgroup-size control. These workloads can now use the supported subgroup size where applicable, while other shader stages and unsupported configurations remain unchanged. This may resolve graphics or compute issues on affected Vulkan devices.
The change adds a shared shader metadata check for warp operations. The compute pipeline uses it, and the graphics pipeline applies subgroup-size information to eligible task and mesh stages.
Changes: Subgroup-size pipeline configuration
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Warp-operation detection and compute pipeline use src/shader_recompiler/shader_info.h, src/video_core/renderer_vulkan/vk_compute_pipeline.cpp
Shader::Info::UsesWarpOps() combines six subgroup and quad-operation flags. The compute pipeline uses this method to determine whether to supply subgroup-size information.
Task and mesh stage subgroup sizing src/video_core/renderer_vulkan/vk_graphics_pipeline.cpp
For task and mesh stages, the graphics pipeline attaches subgroup-size information when the shader uses warp operations and the required device support is available. The relevant declarations are no longer marked [[maybe_unused]].
Djihads80/Eglantine#684: Both changes affect when Vulkan pipelines request guest subgroup size. That PR also includes removed_conditional_barrier in its compute decision.
Djihads80/Eglantine#475: Both changes use warp-operation checks and device support when deciding whether to request subgroup size. This change also applies the checks to task and mesh stages.
Eligible mesh and task shaders request the guest subgroup size. No actionable merge-blocking risk was established.

Suggestion, not a blocker: the uses_warp_ops expression is now duplicated between compute and graphics. In #684 (Intel Arc fixes) I added Shader::Info::UsesWarpOps() and an extra removed_conditional_barrier term (a shader that lost a conditional barrier needs a full warp too). Once that lands, this block can become info.UsesWarpOps(), so mesh/task stages also get the guest warp size in that case.
Checked against Mesa and the Vulkan spec: ANV advertises compute|task|mesh in requiredSubgroupSizeStages (min 8, max 32), and RADV advertises task/mesh only on GFX10+ with task/mesh enabled and accepts only 32 or 64, so requesting 32 is valid. On GCN and older the IsGuestWarpSizeSupported guard keeps this a no-op. The behaviour change on RDNA (wave32 for mesh/task shaders that use warp ops) is untested, so an AMD run on a mesh-shader title would be good.
Graphics pipelines built the required-subgroup-size struct but never attached it (it was [[maybe_unused]]). Compute pipelines already require 32 when they use warp ops. Mainly applies to intel, because there we have 16-wide pipelines.

…line cache crash mitigation for intel GPUs
Task shaders: payload word 1 was never set, so a task that culls all its threads launched a garbage number of mesh workgroups. It is now zeroed at the start of the task program, followed by a barrier, as the mesh prologue already does.
Banding: shaders that lost a conditional barrier raced on Intel's Windows driver. Those shaders now require the guest warp size (32). This is a workaround, not a real barrier. Shader::Info::UsesWarpOps() holds the warp-op condition so compute and graphics can't drift apart.
Pipeline cache: Intel's Windows driver crashes in vkGetPipelineCacheData while pipelines build. The periodic flush is skipped, and queued builds are dropped and running ones drained before the final save, on that driver only.
Shutdown: the state tracker kept a stale pointer to the channel's dirty flags. ClearChannel() resets it when the bound channel is released and when the rasterizer is destroyed.
Mesh/task subgroup size: applies vulkan: Fix shaders that assume 32 wide warps when running on hardware with natively 16 wide warps like Intel #745's change (graphics mesh and task stages that use warp ops require the guest warp size). It uses the shared helper, so shaders that lost a conditional barrier are covered there too.
