Allows the authenticated Puzzle catalogue import endpoint to accept catalogues up to 4 MiB while preserving the 256 KiB compressed / 1 MiB decompressed limits for all other request handlers. Updates the deployment Nginx snapshot to the 10 MiB live proxy limit.
