Port collect_gello, calibrate_gello, the teleop dashboard and the Dynamixel GELLO driver (yam/gello.py) from EgoVerse-graph (eee6053, the rollout port's source) into egomimic/robot/yam_station, with the station's live 2026-10-24 GELLO calibration in yam_rl2_gello_collect.yaml and the pinned yam_rl2_workspace.yaml. Tests: both CLIs' --check-config on the committed profile, and a rollout test that trains a 2-step Eva HPT checkpoint and runs it through the EgoVerse policy and rollout --check-model. tests/unit/test_yam_station_gello.py(both CLIs'--check-configon the committed profile, no hardware) andtests/unit/test_yam_station_rollout.py(a 2-step Eva HPT checkpoint through the EgoVerse policy androllout --check-model). Checked on CPU: ruff gate, these tests,collect_gello --check-config,calibrate_gello --check-config. Not run on the arms.
