fix(mysterium): give each isolation mode the one step that moves a host-network node - #677
A Mysterium node still on the host's network gets the same advice everywhere: switch isolation on in Fleet, then redeploy. That only fits a worker in legacy mode. In operator mode, switching isolation on is refused with a 409, so the advice points the owner at a step that fails. In on mode, isolation is already on. The dashboard item also packed the advice and four unrelated reasons into one paragraph. It never warned that the recorded UDP range, which a 2.0.x node carries as 56000:56100, overlaps Linux's ephemeral range, where the redeploy can fail on a taken port.
Fix
One function, lan_fence.move_advice, gives the step for the worker's isolation mode:
on: redeploy once; that moves the node onto the fenced bridge.
operator: redeploy once; that moves the node onto the operator's own network. This is the case that used to tell owners to switch isolation on.
legacy: switch isolation on in Fleet first, then redeploy.
off: set CASHPILOT_ISOLATION=auto and restart the worker, then redeploy.
Podman: the node can't be fenced; run it on Docker or on your own network.
No mode reported: redeploy, and switch isolation on first if it isn't on.
The drift finding, the isolation check's net_admin_in_host_netns finding and the deploy refusal in mode_problem all use it, so the same worker always gets the same advice.
On the dashboard, the item for a fence-gated node on the host's network:
starts with that one step;
then, if needed, the UDP range warning;
then the reasons, one per line.
Redeploy is offered only in modes where a redeploy alone works; elsewhere the item offers Open. The worker's isolation mode comes from its heartbeat.
The UDP warning appears when the recorded range overlaps 32768-60999. It says to pick a free range below 32768 other than the default, because a value equal to the default keeps the recorded range. It also says to change the router forward, before the owner presses Redeploy.
Testing
A test for each mode's advice, and for whether Redeploy is offered in it.
The drift reason no longer carries an action.
The warning shows for 56000:56100 and not for a range below 32768 or no record.
The isolation check gets the mode from _run, and the refusal uses the same advice.
The dashboard API carries the worker's mode and the warning, and the page leads with the step.
Each test was run against a mutant of the code it guards and failed there (22 mutants).
Full suite passes.

New Features
Drift alerts now provide recovery steps tailored to the current isolation mode, with redeployment offered only when available.
Alerts warn when a recorded UDP port range overlaps Linux’s ephemeral port range and suggest an alternative.
Documentation
Updated isolation guidance with recovery steps for different modes, including limitations on Podman.
Bug Fixes
Host-network drift findings identify exposure concerns without presenting a one-size-fits-all redeployment instruction.
…st-network node
The drift finding, the isolation check and the mode refusal all told an
owner to switch isolation on before redeploying a Mysterium node still on
the host's network. In operator mode switching isolation on is refused, and
in on mode it is already on, so the advice sent owners to a step that fails.
Each now names the step for the worker's mode: a redeploy alone in on and
operator mode, isolation on first in legacy, the setting in off, and no
fence on Podman.
The dashboard item leads with that step, lists the reasons after it, and
offers Redeploy only where a redeploy can work. When the recorded UDP range,
which the redeploy keeps, overlaps Linux's ephemeral range, it says so
before the owner presses Redeploy.

Walkthrough
The change adds isolation-mode-specific move advice for fence-gated services, including warnings for recorded UDP ranges that overlap Linux’s ephemeral range. Isolation findings and the deployed-services dashboard now use that advice to present actions and determine whether redeployment is available.
lan_fence.move_advice provides instructions by isolation mode. Drift advice includes an optional warning when a recorded UDP range overlaps the ephemeral range. Drift reasons no longer include redeployment instructions. Tests and isolation guidance reflect the mode-specific actions.

Isolation checks pass the current mode to host-network findings. Deployed-service responses include move advice when present. The dashboard displays the advice and offers redeployment only when the advice permits it.
GeiserX/CashPilot#675: Adds the ephemeral UDP range guidance and _ephemeral_hint that this change shares and extends.
GeiserX/CashPilot#665: Introduces the host-network findings and mode-problem paths updated by this change.
Merge Risk: Low · previous review fe116
The mode-specific guidance is usable, but the dashboard can temporarily show outdated isolation instructions and hide Redeploy after isolation becomes available. This bounded, self-correcting inconsistency warrants follow-up rather than blocking merge.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title names the main change: mode-specific advice that gives each isolation mode the one step that moves a host-network Mysterium node. The changeset matches this. lan_fence.move_advice gives per-mode steps, and drift, isolation check, and mode_problem use that shared advice. The title follows the fix(scope) convention and is 84 characters, within a readable length. It omits the UDP ephemeral-range warning, which is a secondary part of the change and does not need to appear in the title.
