fix(ledger): stop a logger with no ledger named from writing into a stray ./buscado.tsv - #249
A lane ran gwt-ledger add without --ledger or $GWT_LEDGER. The ledger fell back to ./buscado.tsv, so the rows went into a new file in whatever folder the logger ran from, outside the lane files. Nothing said so: the lane file showed no new rows, and the rerun was refused as "already logged", because the guard from #244 found the rows in that stray file.
Fix
ledger/gwt_ledger.py: when no ledger is named and no ledger directory is set, add and import-tsv still use an existing ./buscado.tsv but never create one. If the file is missing they exit 2, print its full path and write nothing. Naming the ledger by flag or by $GWT_LEDGER works as before, and so does --ledger-dir with lane files. Readers are unchanged. void needs an existing row to retract, so it never writes to a missing ledger anyway.
docs/ledger.md and the usage text: say which default is never created and when a write still happens.
CHANGELOG.md: an Unreleased entry.
Shared rules used
None.
The guard each new test proves
test_a_write_with_no_ledger_named_never_creates_one guards the stray(path) check that add and import-tsv run before they write. Run against main's gwt_ledger.py, it fails:
AssertionError: 0 != 2 : add
FAILED (failures=1)
The same test checks that an existing ./buscado.tsv, --ledger and $GWT_LEDGER still write, with GWT_LEDGER and GWT_LEDGER_DIR cleared so a lane's own variables can't leak in. All 76 ledger tests pass.
One concern, branched from main, not stacked on another pull request
The ledger CLI now distinguishes an unnamed default path from a named ledger. When ./buscado.tsv is absent, add and import-tsv exit with code 2 without writing. Existing default ledgers and writes to configured ledger directories remain supported.
The CLI leaves --ledger unset when no environment value is provided. If an unnamed write targets a missing ./buscado.tsv, add and import-tsv exit with code 2 before writing. Tests cover missing and existing default files and explicitly named ledgers. Documentation and the changelog describe the behavior.
The safeguard handles missing default ledgers, but concurrent deletion can still cause an unnamed ledger to be recreated. This narrow race warrants owner awareness; additional tests would protect existing-default imports and lane writes.

Explanation
The description follows the repository template with all four sections. Problem and Fix are specific: they name the stray ./buscado.tsv write, the exit-2 behavior, and the files touched. The test guard section gives the test name, the guarded line (stray(path)), and the red output from main. The checklist item is ticked. The Shared rules section reads 'None', which is the template's accepted value when no shared rule applies. The 'void' note and the cleared GWT_LEDGER/GWT_LEDGER_DIR detail add useful context. Nothing required is missing.
