docs(translation): update and polish Turkish README (README.tr-TR.md)

This PR updates, fixes, and polishes the Turkish translation of the README (docs/translations/README.tr-TR.md) to align it with the latest structure and additions of the main English README.md.

Changes:

1. Badges Localization:
   • Translated custom shields.io badge labels and alt tags to Turkish (e.g., Y Combinator S26 Dönemi, Discord'a Katıl, Kitap: The Memory Layer, CI Durumu, PyPI Sürümü, İndirme Sayısı, Sponsor Ol, LinkedIn Sayfası, X Hesabı).
   • Wrapped the header logo in the homepage link to match the upstream design.
2. AI Assistants Sync:
   • Aligned the list of supported AI coding assistants with the latest additions in the English README.
   • Replaced the duplicate "Codex" entry.
   • Updated Gemini CLI to Antigravity CLI (Gemini CLI).
3. Translation & Terminology Polishing:
   • Improved readability and flow of Turkish sentences in Privacy, How it Works, and What You Get sections.
   • Replaced literal translations like "tanrı düğümleri" with more accurate terminology like "merkezi düğümler (god nodes)".
   • Corrected typos and awkward phrasing (e.g., "başka dillerdeki görüntüler" -> "farklı dillerdeki görsel metinleri").
4. Visual Alignment:
   • Centered the Star History chart using HTML markup to match the English README layout.
