Disable offsets on STABAR.
Separates number and percent into separate objects to match vanilla rendering behavior. For health vanilla rendered the number portion at 90 right aligned and the percent separately at 90 left aligned. Trying to render as a single object right aligned to 104px only matches when using the original font width of 14px.
