image-service #16 新增了
DEFAULT_FALLBACK_MODEL配置（当前值 doubao-seedream-4-5，主力DEFAULT_MODEL仍是 gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview）。切换主力和备用模型时，只需修改 image-service 的 .env，再重新创建容器即可。Fusion 不再写死
fallback_model，调用时不传这个参数，由 image-service 按默认配置决定。按当前配置，行为和之前一致：Gemini 出图，被审核拦截时换 Seedream。卡片上的「本次生图由 XXX 提供」取的是实际出图的模型，切换后会自动跟着变。
验证
test_image_service_tools.py、test_mcp_agent_tools.py共 73 个测试通过，ruff 无报错。🤖 Generated with Claude Code
