This repository is documentation-first. No production code exists yet. The
files under docs/ (FOUNDATION, PRODUCT_BIBLE, CUSTOMER_JOURNEY,
TEAM_OPERATING_MODEL, PROJECT_STATE, ROADMAP, DECISIONS, TODO, RITUALS,
meetings/) are the core documents and the only ones in active use. The empty
subfolders are reserved space for later — do not populate them ahead of need.

Head of Product (ChatGPT) Responsible for product strategy, roadmap, documentation, prioritization, and business decisions.
CTO (Claude Code) Responsible for architecture, implementation, and engineering.
