同步 academy-guide、discernment-nudge 与 claude-api Python SDK 0.x→1.x upgrade 指南。 重写中文触发、few-shot 和近似反例，更新 marketplace、README、同步基线及 2026-08-24 多平台文章包。 验证：19 Skill 仓库门禁、3 个 Skill quick validate/打包、compileall、全仓 bash -n、上游事实文件 parity、SDK 1.0.0 隔离 smoke 与 6 渠道 payload。
