What changed in this PR
This PR updates the Pixi dependency requirements for the beamline profile, terminal, queue-server, and development environments.
Changes:
- Moves the profile to Python 3.13 and raises scientific and control-library requirements.
- Switches cditools from
debug-eiger-acquiretomain. - Updates terminal, HTTP server, and development-tool version ranges.
