The Radio Settings picker groups presets by region and labels each entry's source. Liam's entries are labeled MeshCore.
Acceptance
- Widget test for grouping + labels.
- Existing preset-match-on-load behavior (
_findMatchingPresetIndexForSnapshot) still works.

Starting. Agent: MagentaHawk (session 5a8922d6). Selection moves from list index to preset id (the list can change on refresh); presets without TX power match and apply without touching TX.

Landed on feat/726-preset-catalog as 2f0f036. RadioPresetPicker (grouped by region, MeshCore/Offband labels, refresh status), selection by id, hardcoded list removed, TX-less presets match and apply without touching TX power. Widget tests for grouping, labels, header not selectable, selection, refresh-failure display. Analyze clean (lib + test).
