Remove the wearable sync "coming soon" note - #15

The Exercise card said Garmin/Apple Health sync was coming soon. A PWA can't read Apple Health or Health Connect, so it isn't planned. Drop the line, bump the version, and note the removal in What's New and the changelog. Before: the Exercise card on Today ended with "Wearable sync (Garmin/Apple Health) coming soon".
After: that line is gone. Logging exercise by hand is unchanged.
A PWA can't read Apple Health or Health Connect, so the feature isn't planned. The docs never described wearable sync, so the docs change is the What's New card and changelog entry for v2026-10-08.1, which say it was removed and why.
The
~/.claude/garmin-tools/folder the sync server writes to is left as it is: it's only a storage path, and renaming it would move existing users' server data.Testing done
