Beta: remove the wearable sync "coming soon" note - #16

The Exercise card said Garmin/Apple Health sync was coming soon. A PWA can't read Apple Health or Health Connect, so it isn't planned. Drop the line, bump the version, and note the removal in What's New and the changelog. Brings claude/remove-wearable-sync-su7lnh onto beta. The version comes from that branch as 2026-10-08.1, and the changelog keeps beta's "Beta" entry above the new v2026-10-08.1 entry. After: that line is gone, the same as on master in #15.
