M6 checkpoint: Project is now In Progress. #61 automated draft is complete in Draft PR #113 at exact head c5de544; clean SINGLE_OPERATOR_QA, public 9/9 smoke, and exact-head CI run 31304915072 pass. It remains correctly Blocked because Maintainer-only #59 has no RC tag and real timing/product/technical/security review has not occurred. #62 requires real human rehearsals; #63 requires playable videos, final screenshots/links, event fields, and submission confirmation; #64 is Maintainer final Go/No-Go. No external or human evidence is being synthesized.

M5 is closed and RC
hackathon-rc-2026-08-05is immutable at34f64df97c510a82a700c7b18bf0c0e0009a0aa2. M6-01 is automated-QA complete in Draft PR #113 with a fixed 3:00 script; M6-02 was synchronized to <=3:00 and now needs real presenter timing/review evidence before merge and downstream media/submission.
