P2: These expectations hard-code POSIX separators while the implementation uses platform-aware join, so the new tests fail on Windows even when trust resolution is correct. Build the expected profile paths with join as well, including the assertions in the raw-command test.

P2: Running the command string through shell-quote parse treats backslashes as escapes. A Windows path like C:\\Users\\me\\claude.exe --resume is then mangled, so the family is no longer detected and trust is not seeded. Tokenize without backslash escapes, or keep the whitespace split for the program token and only use shell-quote for env-assignment parsing.

Expand shell variables in env wrapper assignments before resolving the trust path.

The parse callback at seed-agent-trust.ts:62 returns the literal text $HOME. For env CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR="$HOME/agent-profile" claude, the trust path becomes the relative $HOME/agent-profile/.claude.json, so the actual profile is not seeded. Resolve $NAME from the same environment the launch uses, instead of returning the literal name.

Update the `parse` callback in the `seed-agent-trust` command-processing loop to
expand each `$NAME` from the same environment used for launch instead of
returning the literal variable reference. Ensure env-wrapper assignments such as
`CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR="$HOME/agent-profile"` resolve to the profile’s actual path
before the trust path is constructed.

Scope the env -u CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR trust target to the wrapper-resolved command.

For a bare claude command, the Superset wrapper runs before the CLI. With CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR unset, the wrapper restores the selected profile from its pointer file when that profile directory exists. The trust entry is still written to ~/.claude.json, so it lands in a different file from the one the CLI reads.

The home default remains the correct target when the command names an explicit executable path. That path bypasses the wrapper, so the wrapper restores nothing. Limit any change to the wrapper-resolved case.

The bare-name env -u CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR claude assertions in seed-agent-trust.test.ts encode the home default. They need review together with the change.

Review comment at
@packages/host-service/src/trpc/router/workspace-creation/shared/seed-agent-trust.ts
around lines 154 - 157:
Update trust-target resolution around `inherited` and `resolveDefaultAccountEnv`
so `env -u CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR` with a bare `claude` command writes trust to the
profile directory restored by the wrapper; keep the home-default target for
explicit executable paths that bypass the wrapper. Review the bare-name
assertions in `seed-agent-trust.test.ts` to match this behavior.

After applying the fix, consider running `coderabbit review --agent` for local

Use the wrapper HOME for the Claude trust path.

resolveTrustTarget merges env HOME=... into env, but the Claude fallback still calls homedir(). A launch such as env HOME=/profiles/isolated claude reads /profiles/isolated/.claude.json, but the trust entry goes to the host's ~/.claude.json. Read env.HOME before falling back to homedir().

Resolve relative config dirs against the worktree before seeding trust.

A relative CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR or CODEX_HOME from an env wrapper resolves against the host-service process cwd. The agent runs in the worktree, so trust is seeded in the wrong store and the dialog still appears.

Suggested fix

 	try {
-		const target = resolveTrustTarget(db, config);
-		if (target === null) return;
+		const resolved = resolveTrustTarget(db, config);
+		if (resolved === null) return;
+ // A relative config dir is relative to the agent's launch cwd, the worktree.
+		const target = { ...resolved, file: resolve(folderPath, resolved.file) };
 		const normalized = normalizeFolderPath(folderPath);

Review comment at
@packages/host-service/src/trpc/router/workspace-creation/shared/seed-agent-trust.ts
at line 158:
Update the trust-seeding flow around resolveTrustTarget so relative trust-store
paths from wrapper environment configuration resolve against folderPath, the
worktree, rather than the host-service cwd; leave absolute paths unchanged and
preserve the existing null-target behavior.
