This is needed to expose this property that was added to
IronFitBehaviorin PolymerElements/iron-fit-behavior#104 .IronFitBehaviorhas a versioned release containing Add anexpandSizingTargetForScrollbarsproperty that loosens the width / height constraints if scrollbars appear after the element is positioned. iron-fit-behavior#104 and theIronFitBehaviordependency is updated here to include it.
