Problem

The Comments tab is visible before it is ready for use.

Why: Keep unfinished functionality out of the activity panel until it is ready to ship.

Changes

Removed the Comments tab and its dedicated rendering path from the activity panel.

How did you test this?

• pnpm exec biome check packages/ui/src/features/canvas/components/ActivityPanel.tsx
• git diff --check
• UI package typecheck attempted, but workspace dependency build outputs were unavailable in the fresh clone.
