Moved datasets into our repo where possible. Reworked CC1_CMS_activity to choose dataset based on where it's run (2015 for colab, 2011 for JupyterLite)

Changed CC1_CMS to choose different datasets based on where it's running. 2015 if it's in a full environment (Colab, local, etc) or 2011 if it's in JupyterLite
Moved all referenced datasets into our own repo for preservation purposes.
