test: add fixture unit tests + cleanup redundant int() calls in parser.py - #79

- web/tests/fixtures/playerReadoutRow.test.ts: 8 tests for buildPlayerReadoutRow (defaults, top-level overrides, nested overrides via spread pattern) - parser.py: removed redundant int() calls in _validate_elite_for_profession (prof_raw and elite_raw are already Python ints from struct unpack) Both _decode_agent_2025 and _decode_agent paths updated.
