Update the Patreon synchronization route to include the `discordService` dependency. - Import `discordService` singleton in `patreonRoutes.js`. - Pass `discordService` to `patreonService.syncWithDiscord` in the `/sync-discord` endpoint. - Remove outdated TODO comment.
