💡 What: Refactored sequential file processing loops to use Promise.all for parallel execution.

🎯 Why: To eliminate N+1 sequential execution bottlenecks in processMultipleFiles and the attachFiles UI component, significantly improving latency when handling multiple files.

📊 Measured Improvement: In a Node.js benchmark with 10 files and a simulated 100ms delay per file:

  • Sequential: ~1005ms
  • Parallel: ~101ms
  • Improvement: ~90% faster

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8710885715218928630 started by @Rukafuu

Refactored `processMultipleFiles` in `fileService.ts` and the sequential
loop in `ChatInput.tsx` to use `Promise.all`. This parallelizes file
reading and transformations, significantly reducing total latency for
multi-file operations.

Benchmark results (10 files, 100ms delay each):
- Sequential: 1005ms
- Parallel: 101ms
- Gain: ~90% faster
