Summary

• Reword 101 Persian strings across the core and widget catalogues: fix wrong meanings (hostBlock.safe, github lastYear, nav.appearance), replace literary terms with everyday ones (فیلتر, اولین, تعداد, بلافاصله, هدر, پروفایل), and rebuild calqued sentences (import.confirm, toast.secretsWithheld, toast.importYamlUnsupported).
• Write Docker, IP and versions in Latin, as the English catalogue does, and give every "Click URL" field the weather widget's «آدرس پیوند».
• Start toasts that open with a user value with a Persian word, so the line keeps its right-to-left direction.
• Remove ezafe هٔ, tanvin, short vowels and hamza on alef from every Persian catalogue.
• Replace نویسه with کاراکتر, and pin کاراکتر, Docker, فیلتر, هدر, پراکسی and پروفایل in the glossary test.
• Add a test that fails on Arabic marks or letters in any Persian catalogue.

All green. Added a test for Arabic marks in Persian catalogues and 7 glossary pins.
