Open notebooks for Du Bois Does Data, a Radical Imagination project. They follow Black American life from W.E.B. Du Bois's data portraits at the 1900 Paris Exposition to 2025, using public U.S. government data.
Each notebook starts with a table of its data sources (Library of Congress, U.S. Census, Bureau of Labor Statistics) and runs from start to finish. Click a badge to open a notebook in Google Colab; nothing needs installing.

- Notebook 6 is saved without its outputs to keep it small. Run All rebuilds the animations and interactive dashboards.
