- FakeGitHub.wait_ci 增加 detail 形参（T105 起 CI 失败摘要入参，带默认值双向兼容） - 三处 reviewer.read 解包改为 text, model, *_（兼容 2/3 元组） - 三个假评审器 read 返回补 basis 第三元（reported），匹配 T105 起 run_reviewer 的三态解包 注意：假评审器三元组仅兼容升级后的引擎，本分支须随 .harness 升级 PR 原子合并，不可单独先合。

引擎升级到 delivery-harness 38754f8（B46 P1 全量）+ 契约测试对齐，556 测试与基线一致，分支已重整、CI 全绿，按用户决定批准合并。
