Deprecating the lexical floor here leaves README.md:46-65 and CLAUDE.md:88-112 explicitly describing the fixed, closed lexical floor as the current stack architecture. Because agents are required to read all three documents, new semantic work can still follow the deprecated closure rules depending on which mandatory entrypoint it follows; update those entrypoints and their later floor-definition guidance in the same change.

The changed boundary says that UCNS deprecated the prior model and authorized a Scrabble dictionary, but the revised canon, boundary, and work-graph report provide no exact UCNS commit or immutable decision source for those assertions; the previous exact UCNS work-graph identity was removed, and the later unqualified PR #205 reference describes only historical machinery. Without a pinned upstream revision, readers cannot verify which UCNS contract EDCM is following or distinguish later upstream changes, so restore an exact UCNS identity for this cross-repository correction.

At reviewed commit 7dd2a0c, the cited 66db832... commit is not an ancestor and contains only the first boundary-document update; resolving this source.commit yields a state whose CANON.md still declares the fixed closed lexical floor, even though this report's current claim and machine entrypoints describe the completed deprecation. Portfolio consumers therefore receive a provenance identity that contradicts the report; refresh the report after the complete semantic-document update and cite that exact repository state.

An implementation following this boundary would emit an unsupported value and break status validation or aggregation; format this as canonical token SURVIVED followed by a separate “not proved” qualification.
