Purpose
Make the already-playable POLITICS / Fifty-Three Days Android app the first public TIWCG release for RevenueCat Shipaton without blocking on future generalized TIWCG mechanics.

External gates after merge
Store/RevenueCat dashboard setup, signing, real test purchase, public listing, icon, screenshot, judge access, and video remain external artifacts and are not falsely marked complete.
