ram: Cross platform testing - nangate45 #9468
Description
The ram module has only been tested with sky130hd. Verify that it works with nangate45 as well.
There should be an additional ram test added that verifies that nangate45 works, similar to the test for sky130. Preferably with a different, odd size (e.g. 7x7)

This issue is already assigned. Please choose one of the many other tasks in #9392 to work on.
I think for the moment this is blocked on #9690 as some of the fundamental structures are being changed.
