Desktop 开发空间 can open a right sidebar with file, review, background-task, browser, and terminal panels. Composer + shares that picker; 使用权限 persists per conversation and is sent on each turn. Co-authored-by: XYAI Labs <haoboy8@gmail.com>

Reuse the existing Cindy/DSH TurnTimelineRail: hover previews a turn, click seeks to that message, and the rail stays visible at mid widths when the 开发空间 right sidebar is open. Co-authored-by: XYAI Labs <haoboy8@gmail.com>
