Add README.ar.md and README.pt.md matching the short localized intro pattern, with studio-metaphor product voice, and list both locales in every README language switcher. Co-authored-by: XYAI Labs <haoboy8@gmail.com>

README.ar.md（阿拉伯语；正文 RTL，代码/URL 保持 LTR）README.pt.md（葡萄牙语；仓库其余语种用短语言码如README.es.md，故不用README.pt-BR.md）口号与工作室比喻对齐 v0.0.4 产品契约（本机工作室 + 组织是另一间房间）。未改 GitHub About / 官网。
