Avoid reacquiring the emitting slot's scene lease
When an on-air operator call or platform event fires core.show.emit, the host invokes this sink synchronously while the caller already holds the on-air AcquireSceneCommit lease. The loop then reaches SlotOnAir and waits on the same non-reentrant lease using the process-wide context, so the original execution can never return and release it; the request and all subsequent on-air operations remain wedged until shutdown. Route reentrant emissions without reacquiring the currently held lease, or defer delivery until after it is released.

Restore physical lane roles instead of assuming A/B
On an Orion-only restart after an odd number of physical lane swaps, Pulsar and the shared native receiver still have Program on B and Preview on A, but the new hub unconditionally resets its logical map to A/B. The subsequently created Program and Preview lanes therefore target the wrong physical resources, and the next valid commit—whose PreviousRoleMap is B/A—is refused as LANE_COMMIT_ROLE_MISMATCH. Initialize the hub from the persisted/native role state (including the last revisions) before acquiring either lane.

Prism development already uses clean Orion
29afefa, a descendant of #463 containing the Preview/Program and LSDP reconnect fixes. The packaged sidecar instead traces an older dirty checkout, so this line must be merged and rebuilt before the Prism installer can carry reproducible Orion bytes. The old #463 CI failed govulncheck because its pinned Go 1.26.6 standard library has reachable advisories fixed in Go 1.26.9. This candidate pins Go 1.26.9 for CI and release. Local
go test ./...passed, both workflow YAML files parsed, andgit diff --checkpassed. CI, sidecar rebuild and installed Prism proof remain required; #463/#462 are ancestor lines and should not be merged separately.
