Docs/specs-only sync (32 files, +2394/-399) plus a small new scripts/push-org.sh helper (safe: just git push org main after checking the remote exists, no secrets/injection risk). Scope looks fine and matches the stated intent (naming lock + Spec 007 operator surface docs).
Not approving because the build check is genuinely failing, not flaky: the strict MkDocs build aborts because this PR's doc changes reference receipts/blanket-yes-unlock-2026-09-10.md from both docs/status.md and docs/shadow-hyperlexical.md, but that file isn't present in the tree (also referenced from mkdocs.yml nav). There are also several new pages under specs/007-hyperlexical-model/ not wired into nav, though those are warnings only — the missing receipts link is what's failing the strict build. Please add the missing receipt file or drop the dangling links, then this looks mergeable.
PR #14 updated mkdocs.yml to nav specs/index and harvest receipts, and STATUS/shadow link those receipts, but the graft omitted docs/specs and docs/receipts. Also teach sync_mkdocs_pages.py to rewrite ROADMAP and CONTRIBUTING root-only links for the docs site build.
mkdocs.yml nav lists contributing.md, but docs.yml never copied CONTRIBUTING.md into docs/, so mkdocs build --strict aborted. Also copy ROADMAP.md before sync rewrites and pin mkdocs <2.
