Graft product tree from scrimshawlife-ctrl/Hyperlex@b2cbfad6 (mutation detect v0.2, installable package, graft install, installer audit) onto org main after #8, while preserving Zero State proprietary LICENSE, LICENSE_POLICY, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, intent/, and org .github SDLC. VERSION 0.4.2; license metadata kept proprietary (no MIT).
