FlowTest's Full, Compact, and Standalone new installations previously used inconsistent administrator passwords and sometimes required a first-login password change. They now accept
admin / admin123456in every environment, including production, and open the app directly. Existing.envfiles and database accounts are preserved; operators can still override the bootstrap password.The old Quay MinIO image returns HTTP 401 on clean runners, so Compose, offline-image defaults, and isolated restore verification now use a pinned, pullable MinIO image. The V2-to-V3 rehearsal deliberately keeps its historical V2 account password to verify that existing credentials survive upgrade and rollback.
Validation: backend Ruff format/check, mypy (396 modules), pytest (1450 passed, 7 skipped); frontend Prettier, lint, coverage (425 passed), build; all four Compose configurations; fresh six-service Compact browser login through
/dashboardwithout forced rotation; local S3 object migration, isolated PostgreSQL/MinIO backup recovery, and V2→V3 upgrade/rollback/re-upgrade rehearsal. Windows Standalone execution was not run locally (no Windows host); the Windows Bundle CI check passed on the earlier PR head. Final-head CI is pending.
