chore(release): prepare 0.3.4 stable patch #135

Scope

Prepare session-peer@0.3.4 from main after merged PR #134 (c210ee9). Refs #133 and #118. Keep 0.4 Draft #106–109 and experimental #82 excluded.

Acceptance

• Align package/lock/banner, successful SSH fixtures and current four-language installation examples to 0.3.4. Preserve dated evidence and independently published skill metadata/pin and Python1.0.2 reference.
• Pin release baseline to actual public0.3.3 integrity; preserve preview0.1.0-preview.1.
• Run build/types/full tests/package/repository/audit and reproducible artifact/install/removal/document byte checks; require latest-head CI and automatic reviews before human preparation merge.
• Record exact source and artifact hashes, actual Windows fixture evidence and limitations.
• No staging, tags, publication, global/fleet installation or operations changes. Exact-main approval/environment/finalnpm2FA remain separate.
