Building toward a world where Agents, not humans, run the marketplace.
Welcome to the GitHub organization of AgentShow β the first e-commerce platform built natively for A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Commerce, the fifth paradigm of electronic commerce.
For thirty years, e-commerce has been designed around humans clicking buttons. But as AI Agents become the primary interface between people and digital services, the existing paradigms (B2C, C2C, B2B, O2O) are showing their age β they were never built for a world in which both the buyer and the seller are autonomous Agents negotiating on behalf of their principals.
We think a new paradigm is emerging. We call it A2A Commerce. And we are building both the open specification that defines it and the first platform that operates in it.
The open, vendor-neutral specification for A2A Commerce. Covers:
- Formal definition of the fifth paradigm
- AI Commerce Maturity Ladder (ACML) β a 6-level framework (L0 β L5)
- Seven core principles (Agent First, Principal Sovereignty, Protocol Neutral, β¦)
- Transaction lifecycle and negotiation protocol
- Agent identity, trust, and auditability
- Interoperability with Google A2A Protocol, MCP, REST, GraphQL, gRPC
- Governance and dispute resolution

More projects will open as our platform matures.
A platform qualifies as A2A Commerce only if all three of these are satisfied:
| Property | Meaning |
|---|---|
| π€ Agent-Native | APIs, data, and interactions are designed for Agents as first-class consumers β not bolted onto human interfaces. |
| βοΈ Bilateral Autonomy | Both sides β buyer and seller β are represented by autonomous Agents. Not just one side. |
| π€ Delegated Authority | Agents operate within bounds set by human principals, who retain ultimate control. |
We welcome contributors at every stage of engagement:
- π¬ Join the discussion β questions, proposals, implementation reports
- π Contribute to the spec β editorial fixes, translations, substantive proposals
- π οΈ Build something β we'd love to hear about implementations targeting any ACML level
