Dependabot triage: Leaving open — real backward-incompatible issue.

@typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin@8.65.0 declares a peer dep of typescript@">=4.8.4 <6.1.0", but this PR bumps TypeScript to 7.0.2 which exceeds that upper bound. npm ci fails with ERESOLVE.

There is no stable @typescript-eslint release that supports TypeScript 7 yet (only 8.65.1-alpha.x pre-release builds exist). Will re-triage once @typescript-eslint ships stable TypeScript 7 support — at that point both TypeScript and @typescript-eslint should be bumped together.

Supersedes dependabot #99 minus the typescript 7.0.2 bump:
@typescript-eslint 8.65.0 (latest) peer-caps typescript at <6.1.0, so
TS stays ^6.0.3 until typescript-eslint supports 7.x.

Superseded by #104: @types/node + eslint landed; typescript stays ^6.0.3 because @typescript-eslint 8.65.0 (latest) peer-caps TS at <6.1.0 (the 7.0.2 bump ERESOLVE-fails npm ci). Re-offer TS 7 once typescript-eslint supports it.
