…one clearly PGlite has no lock, so a second process could open the same folder and damage it, and a damaged folder ended the whole process with an uncaught Aborted(). Take a lock file beside the folder, turn the abort into an actionable error, and have the workers print the reason once. Document where the database lives per start path and how to recover.
