fix(ui): escapar markup Rich em texto que vem do sistema - #8

SSID, processo, serial, path e detalhe de security/dev entram em tags do Rich. Um `[/]` nesses valores virava MarkupError e derrubava o painel. safe_text escapa antes de interpolar.
