Adds admin controls and deployment documentation for the ecosystem-alias module on top of #30. Operators can enable the module, configure its standard route prefix and queue worker, and clear a saved subscription without leaving a stale static value active.
Validates worker bounds, booleans, and literal route prefixes before saving or starting the module. The admin save path uses the same normalization as its lookup preview.
Validation: targeted Go tests for config, ecosystemalias (SQLite and PostgreSQL), admin, server, and architecture docs; Go vet for the changed packages; five Bun settings tests; TypeScript/Vite admin production build. All pass. The Vite build reports its existing large-bundle warning.
This configures the module; hosting, chain lifecycle coordination, and advertisement remain separate rollout steps. OPL-4467.
