Trim Galore 0.06.10+galaxy0 fails when option "Trims 1 bp off every read from its 3' end" is enabled (datasets 5-6 in https://usegalaxy.org.au/u/igor/h/trimgalore). The standard error log file says:
Unknown option: trim1
Tested on both compressed and FASTQ reads. The previous version 0.6.7 does not have this issue.
