Cette PR améliore DevForge en transformant la page
/services/en véritable hub de connexions et en corrigeant plusieurs problèmes UX critiques :1. Agent secret requests - Afficher l'application concernée
Les demandes d'agents affichent maintenant le nom de l'application + lien dans la carte "Demandes d'agents". Avant, l'utilisateur ne savait pas pour quelle app le secret était demandé.
2. Hub de connexions unifié
/services/redirige maintenant vers/connexions/(page existante)3. Favicons robustes

GET /api/devforge/v1/deployments?active=1crashait avec 502 quand le serveur localhost était inaccessible. Maintenant retourne 200 avec tableau vide + message d'erreur au lieu de crash proxy.6. Page Docker vide → afficher pourquoi
Quand SSH localhost échoue, affiche un bandeau d'avertissement au lieu d'une page vide mystérieuse. L'utilisateur comprend que le serveur est down.
