补齐 Durable 多端 spike 的审批、待办、fork、思考块、用量和窄屏界面。TUI、Web、Pace 可共同驱动同一宿主，并用完整剧本实证 SIGKILL 恢复、子会话 steer、审批先写者胜、回滚补偿、background 提醒、三端压缩和工具热替换。
修复断线草稿丢失风险、TUI 初次连接的审批遗漏和连续原子保存后热替换失效。验收脚本使用独立端口及 Electron profile，避免连接到已有开发实例。
修复检视发现的两项问题：演示摘要仅摘录实际工具结果，不再虚构回滚，覆盖执行前、批准后、拒绝后和再次压缩；Fork 与 interrupted 标记移到消息级，纯思考和纯工具回答也可创建分支，流式和中断回答仍不可 fork。
验证：根 typecheck、lint、build 通过；根测试 168 文件 / 1975 项，spike 测试 12 文件 / 51 项全部通过；spike typecheck 与完整
verify:demo通过，已检查 Pace、900px、390px 及无正文回答截图。截图保留在本地 output，运行命令和机制边界见 HANDOFF §15。完整三端剧本使用确定性模型；不表示完整真模型验收或生产迁移。旧 Web 测试曾偶发页面加载超时，根因未定位，最终原始命令复跑通过。触控尺寸仍列为生产化限制。P5 接入结论在栈上一个独立 PR。
