I would like to use the pathTIMEx package. However I'd like to first test the method on the colon cancer data listed in the main method. This is listed under "~/Dropbox/PathTiMEx/RPathTiMEx/datas/colonMat.RData"
in main.R. However this is not in the package. Could you please provide the sample data?
Also, what is the correct format of input?
