Summary

• Add the audited Dokploy project name to the cm-website testing provider-target seed manifest.
• Assert the seed manifest preserves project_name for cm_website/testing.
• Add a regression test proving product onboarding accepts a matching pre-existing physical provider-target record instead of raising the dual-write conflict.
