Is AgentCube a volcano subproject? I think we'll need a volcano maintainer to sign off. @JesseStutler, could you step in to approve this for the project? Does volcano have a contribex group like Kubernetes or Otel? If that's the case, then we could ask a contribex member to approve this.

I'd appreciate that, yes. That helps me keep track of how many programs each project is proposing.

@nate-double-u Hi nate, since all the project ideas have been moved to the README file, do we need to update the README directly? But currently this pr is still working on changing the project_idea file

I move the programs from the project_ideas file into the README file when I load the program into the LFX platform. And I can only load the program into the LFX platform when i get all the confirmations/approvals needed from the project and mentors. Please keep targeting the project_ideas file.

Another issue with this proposal is that there is only one mentor -- usually we ask that there be at least 2 mentors for a program. Is there another community member who could work with @hzxuzhonghu on this?

So since the large Volcano section has been moved to the README, is it sufficient to simply add a mentor to this PR, and then nate help us move it to the bottom of the large Volcano section for us?
