Import the public Launchpad namespace with repeatable sync

Import the complete Launchpad Pro Mk3 reference namespace into the public Gitpa garden under its original page names. The 142 original reference pages now use verified public B2 image URLs and include 48 matching Asset/B2 pages. The former local guide PNGs are removed from the branch. Source bodies, protected tags, navigation and proxy provenance are retained.

The real namespace planner consumes garden PR #211 — B2 and DVC guide assets, now merged into registered garden main. Actual namespace sync refreshed source provenance at 29d523c9ddf3a48a32d7c09f84668a39af4e54f1. The source records page-named DVC metadata and keeps working copies outside Git. All 178 source images passed full public-download checks and fresh empty-cache restoration; all 48 Launchpad consumer files removed match those verified hashes. Six representative anonymous downloads across both namespaces independently matched PNG type, size and SHA256. Guide prose comparison reverses only URL substitutions; episode pages and RSS match the captured current-main publication baseline.

mise run namespace:sync --source /path/to/source-garden --namespace Launchpad previews the complete inventory; add --apply to refresh and --report /tmp/launchpad-audit.json to save its audit. It discovers new descendants and graph-wide logical references and validates collisions/local task edits before one recoverable apply.

28 Python tests pass. The import audit records supporting definitions and external-reference follow-up. The final real B2 repeat changes no graph files and recreates no local PNGs. CI37793490392 passes; its compiled Hardware Overview page displays both public B2 images with no local image references. Source and consumer image acceptance are complete.

Garden PR211 is merged and source-main provenance is refreshed. Merge is blocked by garden issue210 and Gitpa integration27: adopt the per-record ownership format before merging. This PR targets main and includes the latest published episodes; it does not alter publication identity or release new episodes.

No open garden issue covered moving these guide PNGs to B2 URLs and DVC. #204 covers both namespaces (48 Launchpad PNGs and 130 Microfreak PNGs). Re-sync the proxy after that issue lands so these pages reference the same URLs.
