The documentation-set gate reads a manifest past 0.0.x as published, so
at 0.1.0 it requires the installation page to say the package "is
installable from the public npm registry today"; the page said the
opposite and the version pull request's own checks went red on it. The
installation page now gives the registry install first and keeps the
build-from-source route (clone URL without a .git suffix). The intro
page's status and the current-limits page said the same false thing
("not installable from npm today"), so they change with it: the intro
states the 0.1 line and the pre-1.0 promise, and the limit is removed.

This lives in the version pull request because the claim depends on
the version: on main at 0.0.11 the same gate requires the opposite
sentence.
